How to Pay for a First Premier Card

If you’re fixing your credit score because of some errors on your credit report, First Premier Bank offers a way to start rebuilding your credit history well. First Premier’s Premier Bankcard is a credit card designed for people with less-than-perfect credit. First Premier offers many ways for you to make credit card payments, so you’ll be able to choose the option that works best for you. Premier credit card payment options include online, telephone, mail, cash, bank transfers, and using BillPay through your bank account.

Online payments

You can use your personal check account (not a business checking account) to make online payments by visiting Log in to your account with your username and password, and enter <st1: city w: st = “on”> <st1: place w: st = “on”> the bank’s ABA (routing) number and your checking account number into your payment is debited from your checking account. First Premier Bank does not charge for online payments from your checking account.

You can also pay First Premier online using <st1: place w: st = “on”> Western Union’s SpeedPay payment system for First Premier Bank. Go to, and click the Help/Payment Options menu button at the top of the page. When the page loads, select the “Pay – On website” option and click the link for Western Union SpeedPay, then you’ll follow the prompt to make your payment. Western Union charges $3.25 for using this service.
Payments that you make before 5pm CT from Monday to Friday will post after midnight the day you make the payment. Payments that you make after 5pm CT from Sunday to Thursday (or on holidays) will post after midnight the next day. Payments that you make from 5pm CT on Friday to 5pm. Sunday’s CT will post after midnight on Sunday.
Pay by phone

Call First Premier Bank at 1-800-987-5521 to make a phone payment using your personal check account (not your business account) or debit card. You’ll need to have your debit card number (or bank routing number and your checking account number) and your credit card number available before dialing. Using the automatic server, follow the prompt to enter your information and pay.

Phone payment posting times follow the same schedule as the online payment posting times above.

Making Payments by Mail

Send your check or money order through <st1:country-region w:st=”on”><st1:place w:st=”on”>U.S. postal mail to First Premier Bank, <st1:address w:st=”on”><st1:street w:st=”on”>PO Box 5529, <st1:city w:st=”on”>Sioux Falls, <st1:state w:st=”on”>SD, <st1:postalcode w:st=”on”>57117-5529. Be sure to allow five to seven days for delivery.
If your payment due date falls before the date by which your postal mail payment will arrive, you can also send your payment via Express Mail or another courier service to First Premier Bank, <st1:address w:st=”on”><st1:street w:st=”on”><st1:address w:st=”on”>3820 N. Louise Ave., <st1:city w:st=”on”>Sioux Falls, <st1:state w:st=”on”>SD, <st1:postalcode w:st=”on”>57107-0145. Delivery times and costs vary for expedited mail delivery, depending on the carrier.

Making Payments with Cash

You can make a cash payment at more than 100,000 locations, including Walmart, for same-day posting times. Call 1-888-818-7127 or visit and enter your zip code to find the payment location closest to you.
You can also make a payment using MoneyGram by visiting or calling 1-800-926-9400 to find a MoneyGram location. Use the Receive Code 6267 when you make your payment.
And you can make a Western Union payment by visiting, clicking “Send money” and following the prompts to make your payment, using the c<st1:placename w:st=”on”>ode c<st1:placetype w:st=”on”>ity “<st1:place w:st=”on”><st1:city w:st=”on”>PREMIER <st1:state w:st=”on”>SD.”
Fees vary, depending on each payment facilitator, so you may want to compare these fees before making a choice. Payment posting times for MoneyGram and Western Union follow the same schedule as the online payment posting times above.

Making Payments by Wire Transfer

Your bank can wire your credit card payment to First Premier Bank’s routing number (091408598), but First Premier charges $5 for processing a bank wire and your bank may also charge a fee for this service. Wire payments will post to your account the same date as they are received.

Making Payments with BillPay

If your bank offers the BillPay service, send your payment to First Premier Bank (as the payee) at <st1:address w:st=”on”><st1:street w:st=”on”>PO Box 5529, <st1:city w:st=”on”>Sioux Falls, <st1:state w:st=”on”>SD, <st1:postalcode w:st=”on”>57117-5529 by entering your 16-digit credit card number in the account number field. BillPay payments post within three business days.
